New DFDS chief executive begins comprehensive change in management

With Torben Carlsen as new CEO at DFDS, the ferry operator has started a process entailing a comprehensive change in senior management over the next couple of years. Carlsen talks about his strategy in an interview with ShippingWatch.

The appointment of Torben Carlsen as chief executive of DFDS is but one step of many on the way to a comprehensive change in the most central managing positions at the company this year and the next.

"There will be some fairly big changes in top management at DFDS. Partly because we have to find a new CFO, and partly because we've said goodbye to Henrik Holck," Carlsen explains in an interview with ShippingWatch, adding:
