DFDS still under investigation by French competition authorities

Even though DFDS and competitor P&O Ferries have changed their partnership agreement on the English Channel after criticism from UK competition authorities, the agreement is still being examined in France.

Although DFDS and rivaling company P&O Ferries have made changes to their cooperation agreement on the English Channel after pressure from UK competition authorities, the case is not yet closed.

Firstly, competitors and other third parties have up until July 4 to bring potential criticism to the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) about the changes in the deal between DFDS and P&O Ferries.
