The oil carrier has purchased Thorco Projects’ entire business but won’t inherit a court case entailing a million-dollar claim. Both parties are pleased with the transaction.
Norden’s acquisition of operator Thorco Projects is constructed in a way which ensures that a threatening million-dollar claim against the Thorco is not part of the deal.
