French ferry operator blames wage dumping for plunging freight volumes

If the pattern continues, Brittany Ferries’s freight volumes for 2023 could end up 15 percent below expectations, the company writes in an update.

French ferry company Brittany Ferries is struggling on the English Channel, where freight volumes have not recovered since the UK’s exit from the European Union created new market conditions.
