Norwegian Rasmussengruppen owns 11,3 pct of Norden

Polyshipping moves shares to the Norwegian Rasmussengruppen, which thus secures 11.3 percent of the total shares in the shipping company.

On August 2nd, Polyshipping has sold all its shares and voting rights to Rasmussengruppen, Polyshipping's parent company and sole shareholder, writes Norden Friday morning in a brief to the stock exchange.

Following this move, Rasmussengruppen now owns 11.3 percent of the shares and voting rights.
