DFDS secures green light for key North Sea agreement

According to StockMarketWire, the British competitive authority has approved the agreement DFDS entered earlier this year with Swedish forwarding company Ntex on the key Gothenburg-England route.

The British Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has approved the financial transactions involving DFDS, Swedish forwarder Ntex, and the company's now-former ferry company North Sea RoRo between Gothenburg and Immingham, England, writes StockMarketWire.
