OW Bunker: The US market is changing rapidly

The North American bunker market faces significant changes and challenges in the coming years, says oil giant OW Bunker in a press release.

According to the company, this is caused by new, tighter legislation combined with the United States' increasing energy production, which means that the country is becoming increasingly self sufficient. Additionally, the expansion of the Panama Canal plays a part, as it will have a massive impact on the future infrastructure, writes the company, which also points to the effects of the future environmental requirements:
