Maersk to sell major stake in DFDS

A.P. Moeller-Maersk A/S has initiated a sales process relating to the company's total amount of shares in DFDS, corresponding to 31.3 percent of DFDS share capital. DFDS plans to buy 12 percent.

A.P. Moeller-Maersk has initiated a sales process for the company's entire stake in DFDS, which amounts to 4,657,365 shares, corresponding to 31.3 percent of DFDS's share capital. The current value of the shares is around USD 300 million.
