Nils Smedegaard: We are in a strong position

Maersk Group CEO Nils Smedegaard Andersen says that Maersk is in a strong position, and better than most of its biggest competitors in terms of ambitions and strength.

Following one of the Maersk Group's strongest interim reports to date, the group is better equipped than ever before to invest in the most interesting business areas, world regions, and in any other place where the group might want to invest, said Maersk group CEO Nils Smedegaard Andersen with his usual confidence when he opened the Group's second Capital Markets Day, this year held at the Black Diamond library (The Danish National library) on the Copenhagen waterfront.
