Fearnleys: Chemical tank faces two year rate increase

Odfjell's order for four LPG/ethylene gas carriers of 17,000 kbm each confirms the optimism that has reached the market, says Fearnleys, predicting increasing rates during the next two years.

Odfjell's decision to place an order for four LPG/ethylene ships of 17,000 kbm each constitutes an agressive move, says Fearnleys the day after the Norwegian shipping company announced the agreement with Nantong, which will build the ships that are expected for delivery in October 2015 and May 2016.
