Oldendorff establishes new shipping bank in Oslo

Henrik Oldendorff establishes a new shipping bank together with a group of Norwegian investors. Klaus Kjærulff, former CEO of Torm, will be part of the Board.

Under the name Maritime & Merchant, the head of one of the world's biggest dry bulk operators, Henning Oldendorff, Chairman of Oldendorff Carriers, has joined forces with a group of Norwegian investors to establish a new shipping bank.
