
None of the parties in DFDS' competition dispute on the English Channel have filed complaints about the recent decision, and thus the case still lies with the British Competition Commission, says DFDS in a note to the stock exchange on Tuesday.
The Danish carrier filed a complaint in 2012 concerning that French Groupe Eurotunnel was able to purchase bankrupt SeaFrance's ferries to continue operating on the Channel where the French company already owns and operates the car and train tunnel.
