Reuters points to three big examples: goods smuggled in containers through the Port of Antwerp, Somali pirates monitoring ships' routes, and hackers managing to shut down an oil rig by tilting it. Examples like these have made insurance brokers Willis describe hacking as a "time bomb" in the industry.
