Maersk Training opens centers in Houston and Dubai

Maersk Training will open two new offices this year, and the company already has several new locations on the drawing board. Find out where the next centers will likely be established.

Maersk Training, based in Esbjerg, Denmark, is far from done with its investment strategy, even though the company has established new centers and invested in new training equipment in recent years.

CEO Claus Bihl tells ShippingWatch that Maersk Training plans to establish new centers in Houston and Dubai this year, a development primarily driven by the expanding oil and gas industry. But after this, perhaps already in 2015, the company has plans to open even more centers, and preparations are slowly underway.
