
Norwegian-based supply carrier Deep Sea Supply has closed a deal to acquire ten new supply vessels (PSV's) with a market value of USD 419 million, says the carrier in a corporate statement to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
As partial financing for the acquisition, the carrier plans to issue new shares for a total of USD 200 million, which have already been subscribed by the company's primary shareholder, Hemen Holding.
