Former Torm exec joins Unifeeder board

Roland M. Andersen, who left a position as CFO of Torm a little more than a year ago, becomes the newest member of the board in Unifeeder.

Unifeeder has brought a new experienced capacity into its boardroom in the form of Roland M. Andersen, who served as chief financial officer of Torm just over a year ago.

An announcement from the Danish business register CVR reveals that Roland M. Andersen as of July 1st has joined the board of the Danish feeder company, in which major Danish pension fund Danica became an owner last week when it bought shares for a total value of USD 73.5 million.
