The owner of bunker and shipping group USTC, Torben Østergaard-Nielsen, describes new changes in his companies as a natural extension of management adjustments.

Klaus Nyborg has been appointed new Chairman of the USTC group, United Shipping & Trading Co., of which Bunker Holding accounts for a majority of the business, says Torben Østergaard-Nielsen, who owns the Middelfart-based Danish group which achieved a USD 10.6 billion revenue in the last fiscal year.
