
Finnlines has voiced an interest in acquiring Polish ferry operator Polferries, which operates RoRo and passenger services in the Baltic Sea.
The Polish state, which currently owns Polferries, has announced that the company will be privatized, and Finnlines - owned by the large Italian carrier Grimaldi - is interested in acquiring a stake in the ferry operator, says Finnlines in a brief to the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
