ECSA launches sulphur survey

The ECSA has initiated a new survey among European shipowners to examine the extent of the new sulphur demands set to take effect from the turn of the year.

How much will the new sulphur requirements cost you?

That question is being posed by the European Community Shipowners Association, ECSA, to its members in a new online survey.
