16 SECA countries discuss sulfur enforcement

Just two months after the SECA countries introduced the new sulfur requirements for shipping, the 16 countries involved, among them USA and Russia, will meet tomorrow in Denmark to discuss the most pressing topic: How to control the vessels' sulfur emissions.
