Viking Supply Ships lands USD 100 million order

Offshore carrier Viking Supply Ships has secured a contract for two years and eight months with a major oil company for the vessel Brage Viking. The order is worth USD 100 million.

Viking Supply Ships, which is part of Rederi AB Transatlantic alongside Transatlantic, has made a deal with a major oil player for a contract worth USD 100 million.

The contract states that the ice-class AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessel "Brage Viking" will sail for two years and eights months for the oil company. The contract comes with an 18-month extension option.
