These are the candidates for Secretary General of the IMO

Six candidates are in play for the position as new Secretary General of the UN's International Maritime Organization. It has been public knowledge for some time that the Dane, Andreas Nordseth, Director General of the Danish Maritime Authority, was part of the pool - just as it has been known that the candidate from Cyprus, Andreas Chrysostomou, had thrown his hat in the ring - and now the names of their competitors have also been released.
