Authorities in Dubai are now launching a new maritime consulting center as part of the country's efforts to strengthen its position in shipping. The new center aims to facilitate cooperation between private and public stakeholders in the sector.

Dubai is now establishing a new Maritime Advisory Council (MAC) as part of efforts to cement the country's role as a prominent hub for international shipping, according to a statement from the authorities.
