OW Bunker estate files numerous lawsuits

The bankrupt estate of OW Bunker has filed a number of lawsuits in order to generate cash. Trustee hopes to bank USD 30 million by closing down derivative speculations.

The estate of bankrupt oil group OW Bunker has entered into a number of court cases in an effort to generate cash. This is evident from an extraordinary creditor document which the trustees of the estate released in July.

The estate has filed no less than 26 lawsuits related to OW Bunker's speculations business.
