NGO: 104 ships irresponsibly scrapped in 4Q
A total of 104 vessels were scrapped at beaches in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh in the fourth quarter 2015. 31 of these came from European owners and Germany was the biggest sinner, the NGO Shipbreaking Platform writes in a new report.
