Bimco reiterates criticism of IMO sulfur fuel report

Bimco is now casting doubts on the IMO's data concerning the availability of low sulfur fuel by 2020. The shipping association points to three shortcomings in the IMO's official sulfur availability report.

International shipping association Bimco is now reiterating its criticism of the IMO's official low sulfur fuel availability report, which concludes that it will be possible to implement a global sulfur emission cap by 2020.
