This was the call from the EU Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc to the IMO Monday, according to Lloyd's List, which is holding a meeting for the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) this week. Sulfur and CO2 are the two most pressing items on the agenda, while ballast water and NOx will also be discussed.
