A public listing is one of several possibilities for Scan Global Logistics, which is working to grow its business along with its owners in the form of a US-based private equity fund.

Scan Global Logistics views a public listing as one of several options that could come into play within the next couple of years.

Both to ensure capital to pursue its growth plan, but also as part of an exit strategy for when its owners in US-based private equity fund AEA Investors one day decides to move on, explain CEO Allan Melgaard and Chairman Henrik von Sydow in a joint interview with ShippingWatch at the company's headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
