Maersk Group acquires a Swedish logistics company for a triple-digit million-dollar figure.

Maersk strengthens its logistics business in a transaction that totals a triple-digit million-dollar figure.

The company acquires Swedish logistics company KGH Customs Service, KGH, for USD 279 million in a cash transaction, according to a statement Monday. The acquisition is subject to approval by relevant authorities.
