DSV Panalpina acquires Global Integrated Logistics business from Agility

Logistics company DSV Panalpina now announces the acquisition of Agility's Global Integrated Logistics business in all-share transaction that values Agility at USD 4.2 billion. The acquisition makes DSV Panalpina the third-largest logistics and transport company in the world. Specified.

Logistics company DSV Panalpina is at it again with another acquisition in the billion-dollar class, just a few years after its purchase of Swiss Panalpina.

This time, DSV Panalpina acquires company Agility's business Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) in an all-share transaction. With the trade, GIL is valued at USD 4.2 billion, writes DSV Panalpina in an announcement Tuesday morning.
