Jefferies expects multimillion-dollar synergies from DSV acquisition

Investment bank Jefferies expects to see synergy effects from DSV Panalpina's acquisition of Agility's Global Integrated Logistics business approximate USD 324 million.

Logistics company DSV Panalpina is expected to generate synergy effects of close to DKK 2 billion (USD 324 million) from the acquisition of Agility's business unit Global Integrated Logistics.

This projection comes from US-based investment bank Jefferies after DSV Panalpina announced plans last week to incorporate Global Integrated Logistics in an all-share trade, which values the acquisition at USD 4.2 billion.
