SDK Freja targets specific acquisitions following "best ever performance"

The USTC group's logistics company, now called SDK Freja after a major acquisition last year, reports significant progress in the latest financial report. The company is now aiming for "a number of specific acquisition opportunities," says CEO.

Logistics company SDK Freja, part of Torben Østergaard-Nielsen's USTC group, reports significant progress on both top and bottom line in its latest fiscal year, which culminated in a major acquistion.

In November of last year, SDK announced that it would buy logistics company Freja in a transaction that elevated the company to a new level in the logistics industry. At the time, the company revealed plans to keep going and that more acquisitions were in the offing as part of a new growth strategy.
