DHL acquires German logistics company

Deutsche Post DHL Group has arranged to acquire a German logistics company specialized in the transport of alcohol for EUR 1.5 billion. The acquisition strengthens the company's position in ocean freight.

Deutsche Post DHL Group has entered into an agreement to acquire German logistics company Hillebrand, which is specialized in the transport of alcohol, at a price of EUR 1.5 billion (USD 1.76 billion).
