Scan Global Logistics enters its 7th acquisition this year

Scan Global Logistics recently completed its sixth acquisition this year, and the company already expects to land another agreement within four to six weeks, the CEO tells ShippingWatch.

Scan Global Logistics recently completed its sixth acquisition this year with the takeover of New Zealand freight forwarder Orbis Global Logistics.

However, the Danish logistics company has had its eyes set on a bigger acquisition, larger than the acquisition of Grupo Contenosa, which Scan Global Logistics purchased in April, adding a revenue to the company of more than USD 75 million as well as 150 employees.
