Belgian logistics group acquires Spanish company

Logistics group H. Essers has acquired family-owned Coral Transports & Stocks in Spain. H. Essers has activities in 19 countries.

Belgian logistics company H. Essers, which freight chemicals and medicinal products, has taken over Spanish Coral Transport & Stocks, which specializes in transports of chemicals and hazardous goods.

The acquisition of the family-owned Spanish company was effective from mid-September, according to a press release issued out by H. Essers.
