It took much longer than expected for DFDS to receive approval for the acquisition of the Dutch logistics company HSF Logistics, which in turn set off challenges for the employees, admits CEO of DFDS Torben Carlsen to ShippingWatch.

That's been an issue, in that so many employees have been sitting around for eight-nine months without knowing what the future holds.
