Danish ferry and logistics company DFDS is in the process of acquiring the road transport division of the Turkish logistics firm Ekol Logistics, according to Turkey Posts.
The division in question, Ekol International Road Transport Company, represents around 60% of revenue in Ekol Logistics, according to the media.
