DFDS to collaborate on Scottish-Belgian ferry route in 2023

The ferry operator has struck a deal to reestablish a ferry route between Scotland and Belgium.

Ferry operator DFDS has signed an agreement with Ptarmigan Shipping to reestablish a ferry route between Scotland and Belgium in 2023 at the earliest, according to the BBC, which has spoken to DFDS.

Initially, a freight route will be established between Rosyth, Scotland and Zeebrugge, Belgium, while the potential of having a passenger route is examined.
