DFDS acquires Irish logistics firm

To expand its European logistics business, ferry operator DFDS has bought Irish company Lucey Transport Logistics.

DFDS is expanding its European logistics business and has as part of those efforts now acquired Irish company Lucey Transport Logistics, the ferry operator states in a stock exchange notice Monday afternoon CET.

”The acquisition of Lucey Transport Logistics greatly enhances our Irish domestic offerings, and complements our existing international solutions,” says Executive Vice President and Head of Logistics Division Niklas Andersson in the notice:
