APM Capital acquires South African logistics company
A.P. Moller Holding’s investment company eyes growth potential in the African logistics operator, which has specialized in storing and transporting refrigerated food products.
The investment company A.P. Moller Capital, owned by the Mærsk family’s APM Holding, ventures further into the African market with its acquisition of the reefer logistics company Vector Logistics, the Maersk group proclaims in a press release.
