Copenhagen could establish new maritime test center for DKK 1 billion

A test center worth DKK 1 billion that will develop new environmental fuels and be based in Copenhagen. This is one of the initiatives Maersk CEO Søren Skou will launch soon as head of the maritime part of the Danish government's climate partnership.

Copenhagen could be home to a new maritime test center that will develop green fuels for the shipping sector.

The center is one of several initiatives set to be presented by the chairman of the maritime sector under the Danish government's climate panel, Maersk CEO Søren Skou, before long.
