Jutta Paulus ahead of vote: Carbon quotas could be pushed back one year

Early next week the European Parliament will vote on the much-discussed MRV report from German parliamentarian Jutta Paulus, who heads the Parliament's Green Group.

In this process, the Parliamentarian has been pushing to have shipping placed under the EU's Emission Trading System, ETS, and this at a faster pace than the Commission is aiming for.
