New report: EU's ETS proposal far from enough to ensure green transition in shipping

EU plans to incorporate shipping in its CO2 quota system, but the EU's proposal is too soft to ensure decarbonization, according to report published by consultancy. Without a steep price on CO2, the EU merely promotes the cheapest fuel savings.
