Russia has launched a ”barbaric” attack on Ukraine. And it will be punished with the ”harshest” sanctions ever by the European Union, state EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and High Representive of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell at a press meeting Thursday morning following Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
