Leading carriers think new climate regulation could create need for more ships

CII. Major carriers such as Norden, Golden Ocean and Odfjell expect that IMO’s new climate regulation from the turn of the year can have a positive effect on the market, because there will be need of more vessels. According to a shipping professor, however, the impact of CII will be minimal.
