Countries commit to new sulfur regulation in the Mediterranean Sea

Widespread unity in IMO to turn the Mediterranean into an environmental zone in which vessels are required to sail on fuel with 0.1 percent sulfur, NGO informs. Proposition to formally pass on Friday.
