ICS considers future for Russian board member after new sanctions

The international shipowner association will investigate whether a Russian member can continue after his employer has been targeted by US sanctions.

The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) is considering whether Russia’s representative on the board, Albert Vygovski, can stay on after his employer has been sanctioned by the US.
