Taiwan's ports to introduce sulfur cap on Jan 1

The largest ports in Taiwan will already at the turn of the year introduce a sulfur cap on par with the global sulfur regulations, which are set to come into force a year later, on Jan. 1, 2020, reports Seatrade Maritime.
