Brazil to crack down on ships sold into 'toxic' scrap trade

Brazilian authorities plan to implement legislation to help prevent that vessels owned by exporters such as Petrobras wind up on South Asia's beaching yards. "With Brazil you already have this one strike," says an investor after selling its shares in the infamous oil company.
