One in ten vessels violates sulfur rules in Swedish and Danish waters

Around 90 percent of the vessels in Swedish and Danish waters comply with the sulfur requirements from 2015, shows a new study from the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. A pattern is forming for the sulfur sinners, according to a professor.
